Marketing Production Assistant, part-time:

You know how every group of friends has that one person who serves as the glue that holds it all together? Every marketing team needs glue, too....

We are seeking a Marketing Production Assistant, approximately 10-15 hours per week, to support our Marketing Director and team, in the delivery of multiple marketing projects, in an effective, efficient and timely fashion.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years experience in Marketing Production preferred, e-learning a plus, or project coordination or administrative role
  • A passion for delivering pre-launch processes for multiple e-learning courses, from scheduling the Brand DNA call all the way to the sales page going live
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts, or work co-creatively and collaboratively with the team
  • Digital fluency and interest in building our social media presence
  • Keen interest or background in spiritual transformation work
  • California or Oregon residency required, SF Bay area preferred
  • Reliable home office equipment and experience working remotely

Responsibilities include:

  • High initiative to drive projects administratively with accuracy, efficiency, and speed
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director and appropriate product managers to launch new programs and services, Brand DNA calls, template sales pages, manage bonus call spreadsheets and performs as point on collecting, scheduling and adding bonuses
  • Maintain schedules, databases and communications accurately and on time
  • Comprehensive product knowledge – ability to quickly get up to speed and be familiar with all courses/summits/products the company is currently offering

Customer Service Agent, part-time:

We are seeking a Customer Service Agent, approximately 20 hours per week to start, with a possibility of going full-time in the future, in working cooperatively and collaboratively with The Shift Network team in creating an exceptional student and customer experience.

The Customer Service Agent responds to customer requests in a factual, courteous and timely manner, and manages the details of issues, routing to appropriate departments, or managing situations to completion, and striking a balance between customer demands and business success.

You must be able to demonstrate:

  • 2 or more years Customer Service experience with excellent intra-personal skills, e.g. communication, professionalism, patience, warmth, sense of humor, team spirit
  • Competence with technology platforms and software systems – ability and interest to learn new software and utilize several programs simultaneously – ZenDesk experience preferred
  • Exceptional listening and speaking skills
  • Creative problem solver – sticking with an issue until it is resolved
  • Comprehensive product knowledge – must quickly get up to speed and be familiar with all courses/summits/products the company is currently offering
  • Flexibility in schedule to accommodate course schedules including days, eves, and weekends as required
  • Possess strong initiative and an ability to work independently, and also work well collaboratively and cooperatively with other team members
  • Professional capability with personal alignment to company vision/mission
  • Experience with working for a small, fast-paced, entrepreneurial company preferred

This is a virtual position that requires reliable home office equipment. Applicants must be a resident of either California or Oregon to be considered.
